Since we put our new error page in place:

Aug 18: User A contacts IdP A (R&S). No response.
Aug 25: User B contacts IdP B (!R&S). No response.
Sep  1: Basney follows up with IdP B.
        IdP technical contact address bounces.
        ("The e-mail address you entered couldn't be found.")
        Basney tries IdP support contact. Bounces.
        ("Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's e-mail
        provider rejected it.")
        Basney reports bounces to 

 and takes a break.

Since User B sent the prior email, I had no idea it had bounced.
User B also did not reply to me today.

The cilogon.org error page contains a mailto link that creates a message
with the following template:

To: Technical Contact(s) from Metadata
Cc: 

Subject: Attribute Release Problem for CILogon
Hello, I am having trouble logging on to https://cilogon.org/ due to the
Example University Identity Provider (IdP) not releasing all required
