It should have been Net+, and Net+ is a failure IMHO by virtue of that not 
happening.

Aside from that, it seems like convening a BOF of some kind were enough of 
the right people are gathered and inviting vendors to participate certainly 
couldn't hurt, though I think it needs to be a bit structured rather than a 
firehose of complaints.

The profile work is one possible way of scoping the conversation. Another is 
the cookbook the CIC worked on to try and encapsulate a range of best 
practices and considerations that are more than just technology.
