Good point, Steve.  I added "Identity campus requirements for adoption" to the Charter slide, even though it's not specifically in our charter.  Others of you may want to soften the word "requirements."

I think there will be two classes of things here:

• things a campus must do (e.g., reconfigure IdPs and SPs), and
• things a campus should consider doing (e.g., running a distribution service because their Internet connectivity doesn't support the availability they need for InCommon's service)
