Cloud harmony monitors most providers and give a dashboard for weekly
or the last month.

Scott, do you think purchasing data would help with your decisions in
regards to shib?

I was surprised to see they reported a 6 minute outage of Cloudfront
in US east on Aug 2nd while Amazon reported nothing. I suppose it may
have been localized to what Cloud Harmony was doing, but it does
illustrate that not all consumers will perceive the same uptime of the
service.
