I don't think this is the list for general shibboleth questions. See https://www.shibboleth.net/community/lists/ for the appropriate list.
Regardless,
you are saying the IDP entity id is "https://shibboleth.nau.edu/idp/shibboleth" while the IDP metadata file says their entity ID is "urn:mace:incommon:nau.edu".  You are using the wrong IdP entity ID
