Everyone,

I've been editing our report today; here's what changed:

• I merged the little information we had in the section about risk mitigation into the section where we describe the risks.  That way, we talk about risks and their mitigation in one place, and then talk about architecture.
• I've restructured the architecture section to reflect the following:
• Our options for alternative architectures are really in the distribution layer.
  
• We are not recommending CDNs as strongly as we once were, so the presentation of CDN distribution and "traditional" distribution is more even.
• I've indicated where I think Tom Scavo's revision of the old section 8 (now 7) would go in what is now section 6 ("MDQ Service Architecture").
  
• Multiple small edits.  I tried to use "suggesting" mode and/or comments to highlight what I did.
