The client software status page is starting to take shape:

I'm far from an AD FS expert but I think the AD FS line items need
work. The information there refers to aggregate consumption, not
per-entity metadata consumption. AFAIK, AD FS does indeed consume
per-entity metadata (but perhaps the security model is a bit lacking).

Matthew Economou @ NIH knows about this stuff. I hope he's listening :-)
