developing mappings for SAML 2 Attributes into OIDC claims.

Hi all,

Based on previous work and with many contributions of for many on this 
list, I have tried to piece together a recommendation document which we 
can publish as a result of this group.

I welcome your comments and feedback, anyone may comment using the above 
link.
I propose we 'internally' in this group discuss this document until May 
26, so I can take in comments and feedback en report on this at TNC.
We then open a 4 week public consultation in REFEDs and after that give 
the document to REFEDs for official publication.
