I think this is a common issue...at least it is here at NU. We get a decent solution, to almost any problem. Not perfect but decent. We then spend enormous effort trying to reach perfection, without ever putting the decent solution into play. I'm as guilty as anyone. 

Agreed, I have a little Tom Barton constantly sitting on my shoulder telling me, "Don't make perfect the enemy of the good."
