Hello,

Here are the three (3) entityIDs that LIGO is interested in having involved in
the pilot project on interfederation between InCommon and the UK federation:

IdP:

https://login.ligo.org/idp/shibboleth

SPs:

https://wiki.ligo.org/shibboleth-sp
https://ligo.org/ligovirgo/cbcnote/shibboleth-sp

The primary use case to support is scientists at Cardiff using their
Cardiff credentials to access this SP:

https://wiki.ligo.org/shibboleth-sp

That SP requires eduPersonPrincipalName.
