Do you see this article as being published in both places? EQ doesn't usually 
support that, but I can check. 

If we publish this in EQ, it is available to everyone online, even those who 
are not members. However, I can see the attraction of having it appear in C&U 
for the registrar/admissions community. Thoughts everyone if we have to pick 
one publication?
