I've updated the terms at
https://spaces.internet2.edu/display/InCCollaborate/Survey+Redux

and will start working on integrating them into the survey this afternoon. We 
plan to send the wiki-based survey to the first set of reviewing campuses on 
Monday for discussion next Friday, our next InC Student call.

Here are the other action items relating to this survey:

(AI) Keith will review some other survey tools and make a recommendation.

(AI) Mark M. will draft a one- or two-paragraph backgrounder to provide 
background as to why we’re asking the questions. (By Monday)

(AI) Mark M. will work with AACRAO to refine the population for the survey 
and seek permission to use the list.

(AI) Mark S. will fill in these items from the “background” section of the 
survey: 1) who is running the survey, 2) who should complete the survey, 3) 
privacy statement and result (By Monday)
