Hello,

InCommon was asked to do an emergency second signing of metadata today, which 
has just been published. This is a reminder to please not make critical 
changes to metadata (specifically changing key material or deleting 
endpoints) on a Friday afternoon, since the next time we would normally 
publish metadata is the following Monday afternoon. InCommon is working to 
automate our signing and publishing processes, but we are not quite there yet.
