The deadline for removing weak keys in metadata is December 31, 2012. After
that time, any such entity descriptor is subject to removal from the InCommon
metadata aggregate. If your organization is on the list below, one or more
entities deployed by your organization is affected and your PROMPT ACTION IS
REQUIRED.

Each of the organizations listed below has one or more entities in metadata
that contain a certificate with a weak key (1024 bits). These entities, whose
entity IDs are listed in the PDF document attached to this message, will be
REMOVED FROM METADATA ON FEBRUARY 28, 2013 unless the weak key is migrated
out of metadata beforehand. See the “Upgrading Weak Keys in Metadata” wiki
page for further instructions how to avoid this situation.
