Welcome to the kickoff of the InC-Library Working Group -- Phase 2!

We're using the same email list that was used during the Phase 1 
effort. We've recently added to the list membership the set of people 
who responded to the recent announcement of Phase 2; we also added 
all the people who were CC'ed on those responses. Everyone should be 
able to post to this list.

If you do not wish to be on this email list, please send me a note -- 
off list -- and we'll remove you.

The first conference call for this group will be tomorrow -- friday 
-- March 20th, at 1 pm edt. Logistics for joining the call are 
available at the bottom of this note.

The goal for this call will be to organize our efforts.

Going forward, we'll try to schedule conference calls every two 
weeks. If this time (fridays, 1 pm edt) will be consistently bad for 
you, please let us know.
