Andy and I have made some progress on the EZproxy Shibboleth HOW TO doc.

We are going to have to get in touch very soon with survey respondents, 
especially those that indicated that they are willing to sign letters or 
play a leadership role with vendors.  I am thinking that we could share 
this document with some of those respondents, over the course of 
conversations with them.
