InC Library - Vendor Subgroup:

We've closed the survey on SurveyMonkey and it has elicited quite a bit 
of good data. I've attached a couple of items:

1) Excel formatted summary. Some of the graphs seem a little goofy, but 
the results are there, too, in spreadsheet form.

2) All of the individual responses in a PDF file.

SurveyMonkey has some other analysis features, as well, and I believe
