Important Now

At Office Hours this week, we will be hearing two deep dives, University of Illinois and University of Washington They will be looking forward to your feedback, questions, and insights, so we hope to see you there!

What you should be thinking about right now:

• WORKBENCH: Your workbench server is available for your use. The server names were shared with your team’s CSP lead. Resources and the recording from the office hours presentation about the workbench can be found in Canvas.

• OFFICE HOURS: Office hours are every week starting at 12:30 ET | 9:30 PT.

• COMPONENT TRAINING: If you are registering for classes, please check with your institution’s CSP lead about the 8 limited registration codes/institution.

• ON DEMAND RESOURCES: There are lots of resources that are available to you. We have made a list of several in the “Useful Links” section below.

• SELF-PACED WORK: Continue with self-paced work. See the Upcoming Dates section for details.

• DEEP DIVES: Each institution will be doing a “deep dive” presentation about their CSP project. See when you are presenting. Presentation tips are in Canvas.

Nov 3 - Office Hours + LAB (90 min) (12:30 ET | 12:00 PT) - We will be hearing our next two Deep Dives with Illinois and UW

Nov 4 - 10 - Self-Paced Work: Provisioning Background - Review the BaseCAMP recording and slides for Provisioning 101 before our next Office Hours. You will need to be registered for access to BaseCAMP materials - if needed, Register at no charge with this csp2023-only code: a58f9f

Nov 7-10 - midPoint Training  - Please coordinate with your team’s CSP lead for discount codes. REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  Nov 4

Nov 7-10 - Grouper School Training PREP  - If you will be attending Grouper school, you will need to complete significant self-paced work prior to the start of class.

Nov 10 - Open Office Hours (60 min) (12:30 ET | 12:00 PT) - Your questions (first 15 min) and the LAST!! DevOps Study Group (12:45-1:30).

Dec 5-9 - TechEx | CAMP Week (Denver, CO) - If you are going in person to TechEx Dec 5-9 in Denver, CO, please check with your institution’s CSP lead about the 2 limited registration codes/institution.
