Just me and Jim J. on the call, so we're going to go ahead and cancel 
this call.   Paul mentioned that he would try to work on a V2 draft for 
the survey tomorrow, so maybe we can take some time later this week to 
give it another look-over (if not on a call, then perhaps via email or 
google doc editing/suggesting).  I'll get the email draft(s) out for 
people to review as well.
