The next call set at the last meeting was for tomorrow, Tuesday October 
20 at 3pm CDT.  This was a little sooner than we might have liked, but 
we wanted to try to work around a meeting (educause?) that several 
people were attending next week.

The main topic for the call would be the survey.  I'm not sure if we'll 
have a second draft ready by then.  I do plan to have a draft survey 
announcement email ready.  Maybe this means it'll be a short call, or we 
should try to defer till later.

A second topic would be review of the draft policy on using DCV for 
domain activation.  Paul sent out this link last time:
