Hi All,

I've set up an email list and sent out a Doodle Poll to the AD-Assurance Group to arrange the first call. If you didn't receive my note and would like to be included, please let  me know today.

Many thanks,
Ann

Good morning,
As mentioned on yesterday's Assurance Implementer's call, InCommon and the Assurance Advisory Committee would like to strongly support the reassembling of the AD Silver Cookbook group to review those recommendations in light of the new alternative means process. We, as a community, need to make these official: Once the Cookbook is approved, campuses (and auditors) will be able to use  and cite these as part of the spec. That is a very good thing!

At this point, we're looking for folks to help with this very important and scoped effort. So far I have the following interested individuals: Michael Brogan and Brian Arkills, UWash; Eric Goodman, UCOP; Ron Thielen, UChicago. If you would like to participate, please let me know by Monday. The AAC would like to get the group kicked off and working on this very soon.
Many thanks,
Ann
