Hi, IAM Friends!

I know that you’re deep in multiple projects with rotating priorities this year. Particularly when it comes to Identity Access Management (IAM), there are a lot of moving parts, and setup can become a bit complicated. However, it’s more important than ever to provide trusted solutions that enable your colleagues to collaborate with each other.

Our mission is focused around supporting secure collaboration for our robust research and education community. In response, we created the Collaboration Success Program (CSP), now entering its fourth year. Kicking off in September, this interactive program provides an opportunity for you to join forces with peer organizations and technical experts to prepare, prototype, and put your upcoming projects in motion. We fill the gaps by helping your team:

  • Understand how the InCommon Trusted Access Platform can enhance your institution’s current identity management setup
  • Provide guidance on solutions through a tailored IAM assessment
  • Become a connoisseur of IAM through hands-on training and insightful conferences

Within the CSP, you’ll connect directly to experts and community implementers, taking the guesswork out of IAM and equipping your team with lifetime discounts for continued learning. At the end of the program, you’ll walk away with an aptitude for IAM and strong relationships with developers, implementers and architects who lead the innovation for our open-source software.

But don’t take our word for it! Listen to our program participants:

“It was a great opportunity for Southern Methodist University to have access to some very smart people in the IAM space and to take a deep dive into the open source Trusted Access Platform projects. We had a forum to present the beginnings of our IAM architecture, overhaul the proposal, and to refine it over time based on feedback and comments from seasoned professionals.” - Tommy Doan, Southern Methodist University

“The name Collaboration Success Program suggests working through challenges together, but the level of insight and detail from other organizations exceeded our expectations.”  - Jeremiah Haywood, Illinois State University

“The Collaboration Success Program was instrumental in helping our institution bring key components of our Identity and Access Management system across the finish line. We were guided through developing a project roadmap and given continued access to training and community experts. Being part of a cohort helped our staff focus on the implementation goals while being part of a larger team.”  – Todd Haddaway, University of Maryland Baltimore County

If you are interested in learning more, please complete this brief interest form by July 23rd. There is no commitment to joining the program, and we are interested in learning more about how we can best provide strategic guidance for your team’s objectives. Whether you are interested in deploying new software, improving your existing services, or just learning best practices from top-tier experts, this program is for you!

We hope that you will consider taking advantage of this incredible opportunity to partner with the InCommon family and take your IAM to the next level.

Thank you!

Erin Murrtha
