To be more specific, since there are several copies floating around, this new copy is based on

I also made the minor scope edits I promised, although we’re clearly still working on scope vis a vis the diagram.

I believe that we said that edits to the version published to the community would be made to a copy in our working group area.  I have copied the community version to a new page under the restricted documents page.

I still have 18 hours or so, but I’m not sure I’ll have the edits I owe done by tomorrow’s meeting. I promise to get to them before the holidays start in earnest (i.e., the by the 20^th). I’m also behind on providing any diagram edit suggestions.
