Hello, I would like to make you aware, that the GEANT project is providing an enhanced eduGAIN support helpdesk as a pilot since spring this year. If you have any eduGAIN related support queries (or questions about the helpdesk itself), that can't be handled by one single federation operator alone, we would be happy to work on them. You can reach the helpdesk at **. During the pilot phase, the help desk will reply during central European business hours. We particularly aim at helping federations, identity provider operators and service provider operators (both current and future) with rather complex eduGAIN related support cases. (We do not provide end-user support.) Please feel free to share this information with anyone falling into the above categories and potentially requiring our help.
