Streamlining SP Onboarding WG

Hi All-

I'm excited to report that the 'InCommon Service Provider Onboarding - Final Report' has been approved by the InCommon Technical Advisory Committee and has been officially submitted into the 'Trust and Identity Document Repository' here.  The working group wiki has also been updated to reflect this submission along with the official closing/completion of this working group.

Hi All-

I'm happy to report that this phase of the working group is complete! 

A couple updates with regards to carrying this work forward:

1. Our work has been presented to the InCommon Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) and the TAC will be continuing to review the material and will decide what the next course of action will be (i.e. perhaps a pilot).  Until then, corresponding working group wiki material (https://spaces.at.internet2.edu/x/iJiTBg) has been updated and we will no longer be having weekly calls. 
   
2. There may be an opportunity for further review by InCommon Steering during this year's TechEx.
3. All of us involved with the working group, including the TAC, should continue to champion this material and continue to have the conversation with peers and Service Providers with regards to what steps we all can take, as a community, to chip away at streamlining the SP onboarding process.

Special thanks to Alan Buxey, Kevin Foote, Ken Gray, Mary-Catherine Martinez, Judith Bush, and Janemarie Duh for their immense help and contributions throughout the course of this working group.
