Streamlining SP Onboarding WG

Ethan,

The InCommon RAs handle the joining process, but it is usually depends on two things: the time it takes to 1) identify an InCommon exec to sponsor the SP and 2) sign the legal agreement. On InCommon's end, if an SP added any changes to the Participant's Agreement, that would cause the process to be longer.

It is pretty quick if the SP already has the letter from the sponsor and the signed agreement and haven't made any changes to it.

If you would like to know approximately how long, I can reach out to an RA.
