The final report from the working group is prepared. We plan to deliver it to the TAC this Friday, December 16, 2016.

I've done some cleanup of our report since the call, but it could use proof reading.  I'm not sure if Scott has finished reviewing it, but you may as well take a last look.  In particular, look at the appendix listing the work group participants to see if you're listed properly.  I put the people who attended at least one call on the list, so if I missed you or you'd like to have your name removed, just let me know.
