Administrator or are otherwise subscribed to this mailing list. Please
re-distribute this message throughout your organization, especially to
all Service Provider (SP) owner/operators.

The Per-Entity Metadata Working Group, [1] led by Scott Koranda,
recommended that InCommon Ops publish an IdP-only aggregate to be used
by SP deployers. This will help relieve issues some SPs face as the
size of the InCommon metadata aggregate continues to grow. As a result
of the WG recommendation, Ops is now publishing a new
production-quality metadata aggregate that contains the metadata of
IdPs only.

The new IdP-only metadata aggregate is now available for general use
by SP deployments. Please note that if you only deploy an IdP, you
need not take any action. Ops recommends that all new SP deployments
consume the IdP-only aggregate, and that existing SP deployments
migrate to the IdP-only aggregate as needed. See the IdP-only
Aggregate wiki page [2] for more information and for a link to the new
IdP-only aggregate.
