Hi,

the TAC received this interim report, discussed it, and accepted it. I'm 
sending a note to Kevin, reporting this action, and I will CC 
IC-Steering on that email.

I understand IC OPS will immediately proceed with implementing this 
recommendation.

Thanks very much to this group for developing this interim 
recommendation, and helping to move it forward so quickly.
