Hello,

In November 2016, researchers from 162 IdPs logged on to CILogon (an R&S SP) 
to access Globus, OOI, OSC, OSG, XSEDE, and other cyberinfrastructure. The 
full IdP list is published at <http://www.cilogon.org/stats>.

The top 5 IdPs with the most active users were FNAL, LIGO, OSU, NIH, and 
University of Michigan.

Researchers from the following 30 IdPs had access problems last month due to 
attributes missing from the R&S bundle:
