We can manually move entities in the database from one Organization to
another. What we will need is a list of the entities to be moved
(entities), the name of the "from" and "to" organizations, wrapped in a
request to 
.
 Ask them to assign it to level 2 support.
This request should come from a Site Administrator at the organization
asking to take over ownership of the entity descriptors. We will then
contact the Site Administrator(s) at the site the entity descriptors are
currently published in, and ask their permission.

If the domain names in the entityIDs are not obviously under the control
of the new organization, we'll probably also have to do manual DCV to
get the new org to prove control of the domain(s).
