Hi Joao,

University of Chicago's IdP already supports SIRTFI, which is why the
box is checked and it says 'This IdP complies with...'

The SP you are looking at does not have the checkbox checked, and so it
does not comply with SIRTFI.  To designate an entity as complying with
SIRTFI, you need to make sure it has a valid security contact, and then
make sure that the checkbox is checked.  That will change the text to
'This [IdP/SP] complies with SIRTFI'.  Then hit submit and you are done.
