There is a reference to adding a second IdP in this document for $1K per year here https://spaces.internet2.edu/display/InCFederation/Test+IdPs+in+Metadata, but I can’t find any documentation on how to do that.  Is there a form or method to request this?  My organization would like to add a second IdP for our Alumni population.
