Greetings all,

Tomorrow's 2nd meeting of the md-distro working group continues the discussion 
of the relevance of a CA for InCommon's signing key. I won't be able to chair 
the call this week (back on Monday), but Scott Cantor has agreed to chair the 
discussion on online signing use cases.

I added a section to the wiki page, near the bottom, to collect Lessons Learned. 
I think we've had two so far.
* the FOPP will need to address any changes to operations and policy 
descriptions for key management and trust
* This group finds no relevant need for a PKIX CA structure in the /offline/ 
signing scenario
