I'm hoping to discuss this document on Wednesday:

Comments may be written directly on this googledoc so you should feel
free to do so. Otherwise we can discuss at the Interfederation WG
meeting on Wednesday.

As you will see, this document isn't just about metadata. It's also a
recommendation for a particular type of IdP deployment. It remains to
be seen if I'm on target or not. I look forward to Wednesday's
discussion.

Btw, ScottC has reviewed the document on behalf of TAC. If necessary,
we can bring it to full TAC for further input.
