Steven, it would be helpful if you could describe a) what files serve
as input to the aggregation process? b) what filtering operations are
applied to the input? and c) what entities are included in the output?


I'll do that over the next few weeks.

Ian has mentioned that I might be receiving a new snapshot of his UK metadata management package in the near future; I'll wait until that arrives before doing any documentation.
