Good afternoon!   As a reminder, we will be holding a call this Wednesday at 1pm Eastern.  The agenda will include a brief status update on the Pilot and a detailed discussion of several topics including:

1.       Usability Testing Recommendations

2.       Privacy Policy

3.       Terms of Use Statement

4.       Policy for identifying and merging duplicate records

5.       Open questions from the Privacy & Security Team

 

Your participation is vital to the success of the Pilot as we are at a stage now where many of these operational decisions need to be made.  Although we are focusing on solving these items for the Pilot, they will certainly have a greater impact on the full-scale product as well.  I have attached a document that outlines each of the discussion topics along with notes from last week’s PESC Data Summit.  We will use this as the basis for our discussion, so please review it in advance.
