Reviewed the use cases

Michael Gettes will add a use case to this page, posing a case where someone who has already graduated can use their CommIT ID to being the application process for graduate or professional school.

----------
Reviewed the CommIT Stage One Release – Higher Education Requirements

You are encouraged to review the wiki page with the updates made during this call.

Two discussions to highlight:
  1. CommIT ID as a national student identifier – as policy, this ID should not unlock anything on its own. The ID should be available to CommIT collaborators for business purposes, but should not be published anywhere. , Only the person who owns the ID should be able to implement a business transaction with that ID.
  2. Is there a need, for those who desire anonymity (perhaps a high-profile person applying to a school), to allow either 1) multiple CommIT IDs that are somehow linked or 2) allow a single identifier, but with the ability to create aliases?
