Hi all,

The next CommIT Tech call should be Friday, June 1, at 2:00 eastern. I'm putting out some thoughts about the agenda now, and I need to know if we want/need a web conference or teleconference. We used to use Ann's I2 teleconference bridge until we started doing some visual work in preparation for the F2F. Should we ask for a teleconference bridge, or should we ask for someone to provide WebEx?

Here's what I know of for an agenda:

1. Brief report on marketing call from Ann, Arnie, Charlie
2. Report on action item for Jeff: "First draft of Reference Architecture diagram and stated list of testing assumptions. Spec sheet, list tech we propose to use. Try to use different arch at Hobsons and ConnectEDU. Design testing documents." This was a really big action item, Jeff may not be ready yet!
3. Probably lengthy report on action items for Nate (see his email to the lists from over the weekend). Everyone should try to read Nate's email and reference links prior to the call.
4. Continued preparations for initial installations of the IdP
5. Other??

What are everyone's thoughts? Volunteers?
