Create a high level list of architectural, hosting and dev-team accessibility requirements of the proof of concept IdP.

Ann and I hope to get Vince Timbers to help us define the minimum set of attributes to be housed in the IdP's identity store. This list won't be ready for the call, but I don't believe that will delay the necessary conversation.

As always, if people have other agenda items to add, please either post them to the list or just bring them up during the session.
