Survey Review

Through Keith and Sasha at the University of Wisconsin, the survey is 
formatted in the  Qualtrics survey instrument. Some formatting issues:

 -- would like to use the InCommon and AACRAO logos
 -- would like to remove or de-emphasize the UW logo/ID
 -- title formatting needs work
 -- subheads are desired

We will send respondents to a webpage with introductory material, and provide 
a link to the survey from there. Introductory information will include a 
discussion about who should complete the survey and what to do if you have 
more than one person participating from your campus. Mark S. and Dean will 
work on the webpage.

Deadline to make survey changes in Qualtrics – Wednesday, September 8. At 
that time, the link will be sent to a few campuses to test the survey. Ann 
will work with Molly at WICET to identify campuses to test the survey.

Mark M. commented that we may not be as fine-grained as we would like with 
the AACRAO database, which means a wide distribution. Mark M. is coordinating 
with AACRAO on the database work, selection criteria, and email date. It was 
also discussed to do an email follow-up a week or so after the initial 
mailing.

The group reviewed the survey for content, format, spelling and grammar. Ann 
will work on the changes with the Wisconsin folks.

Results should be in by the end of September. Mark M and Ann will be 
presenting at EDUCAUSE. Keith and Ann will present at the Internet2 Fall 
Member Meeting.
