Folks - 

Here is an updated "Grid" for today's meeting.  Not a lot of changes...just 
tried to sort out vetting from ID proofing based upon comments from our last 
meeting.

In addition, I have attached Renee's excellent grid of services and their 
associated risks to the institution. 

It occurs to me, and I would like to discuss for today's meeting, that 
perhaps our intended  grid is too limiting.  

When reviewing Renee's spreadsheet, I found myself sorting it in different 
ways (for example - how does the grid look for students, how does it look for 
prospects, when/what are the transitions.

Perhaps our end result is a multi layered grid....with multiple filters...

For example....I want to offer prospects the ability to enter financial 
information and to store and see results of an aid analysis  - but I have 
only performed a "repeat visit" vetting of the ID - is this an acceptable 
practice?

OR I have decent some3rd party vetting, but I have only provided the user 
entered credentials upon their first visit - is this OK?

I would propose that the grid we originally envisioned is OK - but should we 
start putting all of the potential practices together and in a manner that 
can be sorted/filtered to see a reasonable response?
