Here is an updated version of the Grid.  I tried to incorporate our 
discussion from a few weeks ago - 

Refer to "colleges and universities," rather than "universities." 
Where appropriate, include references and links in some of the cells 
Some of the rows are very similar - perhaps with only one cell containing 
different information. Collapse these rows and perhaps split that cell or 
have a branching point. 
Define where remote proofing by third-party vendors might fit (similar to how 
credit services perform this role).

I also tried to add Federated ID authentication into the mix.

Please have a look and blast me tomorrow..

Note - I will not be at work for the meeting and will be using my mobile
