Sorry for the delay in getting this to you - I hope it is in enough time for

Attached please find a DRAFT grid attempting to get us started on a template 
for "hard" guidance associated with student life cycle, LoA, Credential 
Delivery, level of risk and services provisioned. I think it is too simple - 
but I must admit it was harder than I thought it would be.


Please have a look and do not be too hard on me.....I am getting old you know!
