  Two items for our call per Mark:
1.  Discussion of best models (practical models) of remote ID  proofing to 
obtain a reasonable level of assurance. Is there any reason/ability to 
re-visit Silver to offer other (perhaps more convenient from the student 
perspective) practices for remote proofing? Is there a utility we could 
create/offer to post 2ndary schools using federation that could enable 
student to remote proof from the utility site if they could authenticate 
elsewhere (I am thinking a link from a page that takes you to a shibboleth 
institution)?  

2.  Proscribe a set of best practices in a manner usable by most folks.
