This is true.  We wanted to send a targeted ID rather than the UnivID  
via Shib, but there's no field for that in the batch upload.  My  
understanding of the current situation is that we need PESC to define  
a new attribute that can be passed in the batch file;  
SchoolAssignedPersonID is defined by PESC as being 20 characters long,  
and it can't be extended because some government system relies on that  
definition.
