Do you know the specific SAML attributes that you'll pass to the
Clearinghouse for Student Self Service?

I'm assuming that eduPersonScopedAffiliation
(urn:mace:dir:attribute-def:eduPersonScopedAffiliation) and
eduPersonPrincipalName
(urn:mace:dir:attribute-def:eduPersonPrincipalName) will be passed.

In addition to those, we'll need either the Student ID or the SSN.  We
also talked a couple of weeks ago about the OPEID (00130500, 00130501,
00130502, or 00130503).  If there are existing attributes defined for
InCommon for Student ID, SSN, and OPEID I'd really like to use them.
If there aren't existing attributes defined then I think we'll need to
work with the InCommon administrators to get them assigned that way.
I really don't want to create custom attributes if at all possible.
