This email includes information about the transition of the Internet2 Jira
(bugs.internet2.edu) to a new domain, todos.internet2.edu on April 26th.
Please continue reading to learn how to access the new jira space and note,
if you can currently log into spaces.at.internet2.edu you need not do
anything now in order to log into todos.internet2.edu beginning April 29th.

This is part of a project to build a new Internet2 Collaboration Platform,
which will use our new identity and access management system.
If your Identity Provider supports the Research & Scholarship (R&S)
category, your transition will be seamless and you need take no action at this time.

We will migrate as many accounts as possible. If your record includes complete
information (first and last name, email, eduPerson Principal Name), your
information and permissions should transition without problem. If your record
is incomplete, you may need to register with the new platform after April 29th
and will be redirected to an enrollment page the first time you log in, otherwise
you will be able to log in using the same identity you use with the Internet2 wiki.

For Identity Provider Operators:  If you are releasing the R&S attributes
(as noted above), you need take no action. If not, you will likely need to
adjust your attribute release policy to release attributes to the proxy whose entityID is https://login.at.internet2.edu/Saml2/proxy_saml2_backend.xml .
You’ll find more details here: https://spaces.internet2.edu/x/IQO6Bw

For current Jira users: All of the current Jira issues and comments will be
ported to the new location. Jira will not be accessible, April 26th (beginning at
5PM Eastern time), through Monday, August 29 at 8AM (although the migration
may be completed earlier).
There is more information about the transition, including registering and
accessing the new space, at https://spaces.internet2.edu/x/EQO6Bw

This transition is part of a larger project that will allow working group chairs
and others to manage resources and permissions. We’re using Grouper
and COmanage - both components of the
InCommon Trusted Access Platform software set - to manage access to
the wiki, Jira and email lists. We will provide more information about
the entire collaboration platform in future communications.

If you have any immediate questions or concerns,
please contact .
