The metadata aggregator, which is responsible for combining InCommon and 
eduGAIN metadata, applying filters, and producing aggregates, has been 
upgraded to Version 9. This version removes the filter that removed entities 
with mixed-case scopes from importation from eduGAIN. Additionally, a new 
blacklist feature is added in case an entity needs to be administratively 
removed from the InCommon published aggregates. 

Other than the addition of a few new entities from eduGAIN, you should not 
see any change with the InCommon aggregates.
