The InCommon Federation Manager has been upgraded to version 3.15.1. 
Additionally, this release also brings changes that were released in v3.15.0. 
The release of v3.15.0 was rolled back last week due a bug found during 
deployment last week.

v3.15.0 fixes the bug around displaying an empty assertion consumer
service line when editing an SP. It was also previously possible to add
in duplicate binding types and location pairs, which would result in
interoperability problems with other federations. This has been fixed
and Federation Manager no longer allows these duplicate pairs.
